Workspace data. Content you and your AI agents store in Hyper, including documents, notes, and structured knowledge. This is Your Data — you own it.

Usage data. We collect basic usage information such as feature usage, error logs, and performance metrics to improve the Service.

Integration data. When you connect third-party tools (e.g., Linear, Notion, Slack), we access data from those services only as authorized by you and only to provide the Service.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Communicate with you about the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Your team members within your Hyper workspace, as intended by the Service's shared memory features

5. AI and Your Data

Hyper is designed for use with AI agents (e.g., Claude). Your workspace data may be read by AI agents acting on behalf of you or your team members. We do not use Your Data to train AI models. Third-party AI providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (per-workspace encryption keys). While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

7. Data Retention

We retain Your Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account and data, contact us at founders@gethyper.space and we will process your request, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
