By accessing or using Hyper (the "Service"), operated by The Soda Machine Co. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Hyper is a shared memory layer for AI agents. The Service provides cloud-hosted storage, retrieval, and synchronization of structured knowledge for use by AI coding assistants and team members.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at founders@gethyper.space if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of all content you store in Hyper ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit Your Data solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We will not access Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by The Soda Machine Co. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
